To ensure the best possible outcome for everyone, this is the cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that others can be offered an appointment. How to Cancel or Reschedule: You can cancel or reschedule appointments by calling during business hours (0900-1700). If you need to cancel outside of business hours, please text. The online booking form cannot be adjusted for cancellation, without administrator permission. If you reschedule your appointment and provide at least 24 hours’ notice there will be no cancellation fee. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or clients who do not show up for their appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100%. Emergency Situations: Emergencies can happen. If you have an emergency that prevents you from providing adequate notice, please contact Suba Massage as soon as possible to discuss the situation. Confirmation Calls and Reminders: To help you keep track of your appointments, confirmations and reminders are sent via text messages. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.
